
INGREDIENTS

2 sticks of celery

1 whole cucumber

3 apples

half a lemon

knob of ginger
METHOD

Wash and chop all the ingredients, put them in the juicer and voila!

This will make you a jug of juice - approx. 3 glasses. It is best drunk fresh but will keep for a day in the fridge. You can put the lemon straight into the juicer or for a less lemony taste just squeeze some in at the end.
