INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 sticks of celery

  • 1 whole cucumber

  • 3 apples

  • half a lemon

  • knob of ginger

 

METHOD

  1. Wash and chop all the ingredients, put them in the juicer and voila!

  2. This will make you a jug of juice - approx. 3 glasses. It is best drunk fresh but will keep for a day in the fridge.  You can put the lemon straight into the juicer or for a less lemony taste just squeeze some in at the end.
