INGREDIENTS

  • 125g gram flour

  • 125g buckwheat flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 300ml almond milk

  • 150ml water

  • pinch salt

  • rice bran or coconut oil

 

METHOD

  1. Sift the gram and buckwheat flour into a large bowl

  2. Add the wet ingredients and mix well with a whisk

  3. Fry on medium heat and once the oil is hot add 1/2 cup of the pancake mixture

  4. Depending how big your pan is the mixture should be about 1/2 cm thick

  5. Once browned flip and cook the other side

  6. Serve with lemon and honey, berries, chocolate or savory with ham, cheese, tomato or a filling of your choice!
