
INGREDIENTS

125g gram flour

125g buckwheat flour

2 eggs
-
300ml almond milk
-
150ml water
-
pinch salt
-
rice bran or coconut oil
METHOD

Sift the gram and buckwheat flour into a large bowl

Add the wet ingredients and mix well with a whisk

Fry on medium heat and once the oil is hot add 1/2 cup of the pancake mixture

Depending how big your pan is the mixture should be about 1/2 cm thick

Once browned flip and cook the other side
-
Serve with lemon and honey, berries, chocolate or savory with ham, cheese, tomato or a filling of your choice!
