Ingredients & Utensils

100g Blanched almonds

1L purified water

 

Utensils

Thermomix or Blender

Muslin

Sieve

Funnel

Sterilised glass bottle

 

Method

  1. Blitz almonds and water in teh thermomix on high for 1 minute. If you are using a blender, blend for 2 minutes or until the mixture turns frothy.

  2. Pour the mixture into muslin, which is placed over a sieve in a bowl. Squeeze the muslin, until no more water comes out. Strain the liquid through the sieve.

  3. Pour through a funnel into a sterilized glass bottle. Best stored in the fridge.
