healthy chocolate mousse

This recipe is delicious and quick and easy to make, so no excuses!



  • 1 ripe banana

  • The flesh of 1 large or 2 small avocados

  • 5 tablespoons cacao powder

  • 5-6 tablespoons almond milk

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • Pinch of sea salt


  1. Place all of the mousse ingredients into a food processor and blend into a smooth delicious mixture.

  2. Keep chilled in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.

  3. Dust with extra cacao powder should you wish
