The World Health Day is a global health awareness day celebrated every year on 7 April, under the sponsorship of the World Health Organisation (WHO).

World Health Day’s message is simple: giving people access to healthcare without the prospect of financial hardship. Their vision is to achieve ‘Health for All’.

How to look after your own health

Whilst some countries have already made significant progress towards universal health coverage, sadly over half the world’s population is still unable to obtain the health services they need.

Here in the UK we are privileged to have access to free, world class healthcare.  We do not have to make the choice that so many people in poorer nations do, which is do I buy food or do I buy medicine?

We at Jung Shim try to encourage, wherever possible, individuals to take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing.

'Human energy' helps us achieve good health

Our centres across the globe are places of harmony and positive energy where people can re-charge their depleted energy caused by the stresses and strains of modern life.  We’ve recently opened centres in Copenhagen and Stockholm and are planning to expand the number of centres that we have to enable more people to access the Jung Shim energy programme and support.

We are a not for profit organisation that strives to help people in modern life to enhance their happiness, health and wellbeing through energy programmes. Our costs support the running of our centres and work in the community.  We are committed to supporting charitable grass roots projects, specific to local initiatives and campaign for awareness and knowledge regarding ‘human energy’.

Jung Shim teaches people how to thrive in today’s world by tapping into their own ‘human energy’ source and learning how to renew it in a sustainable way leading to a healthier and happier life.  At Jung Shim we support our clients to nurture themselves emotionally and physically to ensure we maintain optimum health.

Conventional medicine does not always help

We support traditional medicine and treatment, whilst we also have many testimonials that demonstrate how we can help where other more conventional approaches in the Western world have not.
